Strengthened by more than 20 years of partnership with INRA and numerous institutes/universities around the world, we have developed unique innovative processes to prepare wines for bottling.

Guided by the catch-phrase “without additives”, our team of winemakers, assisted by the R&D team from the Eurodia group, continually seek to improve and develop our subtractive processes for the treatment of wines.
